Greaves Travel has always been at the forefront of technology. One of the leading problems the airline industry encounters is the misuse of capacity or airline reservations. One of the major strengths Greaves Travel offers is its ability to manage capacity, prevent any form of system abuse, resulting in high load factors.

Through continued systems management Greaves Travel has been able to consistently utilize well in excess of 90% of the capacity provided by British Airways. This has been achieved by using in-house systems which is why we require all our clients to book directly with Greaves Travel and not via a CRS system.

Greaves Travel does not use CRS system to make reservations but have created our own systems, interface and links to ensure we can deliver on our commitment and high utilization with no system abuse. Greaves Travel has its own back-office accounting system which provides accurate and timely reports and client statements. Greaves Travel is working on a new system scheduled for the first half of 1999, which will enable our clients to book our consolidation product, directly.
