A Greaves Travel LLC (Greaves) have been appointed by British Airways
(BA) as a consolidator in the USA and Canada. Our related company,
Greavaes Travel Ltd operates in a similar manner in the UK. As a
consolidator, we work with a number of travel agents to provide
you the best fares and facilites from British
Airways. Greaves Travel is unique in that we only work with British
Airways as a consolidator and this level of specialisation ensures
we provide the travel agent with the highest levels of professional
support.

and associated information which the governments of various countries
require British Airways to collect from passengers prior to travel.

A If a booking was made with Greaves Travel LLC, we will record
those personal details. Your data will be used principally to meet
passenger requirements. We retain the data you provide from time to time,
including your purchase history and data we collect when you use our

and screening, immigration and customs control, safety, security,

Customs and Immigration Authorities
British Airways and other airlines are required by laws in the USA

immigration authorities of any country in your itinerary.
In addition, laws in several countries require British Airways and
other airlines to collect "Advance Passenger Information"
(passport and associated information) for all passengers prior to

required by law) pass on any data to anyone else. The Airlines may

Q Confidentiality of
your booking reference
A When you make a booking you will be given a booking reference (also
known as a PNR or Passenger Name Record). This will appear on the
ticket of each person in your booking. We advise that your booking
reference should be kept confidential at all times. Disclosure of
your booking reference to others may allow them to access your booking
details and itinerary through our system. If you are travelling with
others and would not like your individual booking details accessed
by them, you may prefer to have each person make separate bookings,
to be individually paid for.
